The Blends for replacement of R-11, R-113, R-141b and R-123

We produce now Pentafluoropropane under trade name MackFri®-245fa (HFC-245fa; 1,1,1,3,3-Pentafluoropropane; CAS # 460-73-1; CHF₂CH₂CF₃) pure and in different blends (with R-22 Chlorodifluoromethane; with Pentane; Isopentane; Cyclopentane; Trans 1,2-dichloroethylene etc.) and have the plans to produce HFC-365mfc.

This our line is based on the new, environmentally friendlier HFC-245fa. These new products have been developed as selective replacements for CFC-113 and HCFC-141b based materials in foaming and aerosol solvent applications.

MackFri®-245fa is gentler in its interaction with most polymeric materials. This makes it the product of choice for those applications where a non-flammable, low residue, zero ODP, low GDP, non-VOC and low in toxicity solvent is required.

Our MackFri®-245fa and HFC-245fa based products actually cost less than other comparable Honeywell's HFC-245fa; DuPont's HFC-43-10mee; Solvay's HFC-365mfc and 3M's Perfluorocarbons (PFC 5-1-14; PFC 4-1-12; PFC 3-1-10) for cleaning application.
