How to fill the conditioner with the refrigerant

Checking of the refrigerant amount can be carried out under the indication of pressure of a manometer and a condition of the refrigerant course, under viewing glass of a receiver - dehydrator. Besides a condition of bubbles under viewing glass and pressure of a pressure in the big degree depend on temperature of external air, condenser, general temperature, ventilated stream speed, climate. Therefore, checking of the system of air-conditioning will be carried out under the following conditions and criteria:

Norm of check:

  • temperature of external air - above 20°C;
  • operating time, refrigerating systems - over 5 minutes.

Difference of temperatures of high and low pressure pipelines at operation of the air-conditioning system

At normal work:

  • the difference of temperatures between pipelines of high and low pressure (that is, the pipeline of a high pressure hot, and low - cold) is appreciably felt).

At abnormal work:

  • there is a small difference of temperatures between pipelines of high and low pressure;
  • almost no temperature difference between pipelines low and a high pressure;
  • the temperature difference is too great because the pipeline of a high pressure is hot, and low pressure is cold.

Definition of the refrigerant amount is through the observation glass of the receiver - dehydrator.

Attention: When the refrigerant almost or absolutely is not present, after air exhaust, they fill with a new refrigerant and will check on presence of outflow. When the refrigerant is in excessive amount, it is lowed down to the regulated amount.
