How to fill the conditioner with the refrigerant

А – sucking side
Б – releasing side
1 – compressor
2 – low pressure manometer
3 – high pressure manometer
4 – valve
5 – capacity with the refrigerant

The end of a hose, from the vacuum pump should be attached to capacity with the refrigerant.

After having opened the valve of capacity, enable the gas - refrigerant to flow along the refueling hose.

Pit air from the manometer and refueling hose.

After having opened the low pressure valve of the manometer, enable the refrigerant to flow, thus the manometer of high pressure always should be in the closed condition.

Attention: No way the capacity with refrigerant should be turned upwards because if a liquid refrigerant will get in the compressor at work, it may damage it because of a liquid compression.

At the idle engine filling should be continued until indications of a manometer will not rise more from current of the refrigerant along the system.

After having started the engine, adjust the regulator of the conditioner on the maximal mode of cooling. Switch the fan of the refrigerating system for the maximal speed. Start the compressor and fill up to the regulated amount.

Attention: work on the refrigerant filling can be accelerated if to increase the volume of air which is taking place through the condenser. If the temperature of the condenser is lower than temperature of a refueling cylinder, the speed of the refrigerant filling will increase.

After having closed the refueling gate and not switching off the engine approximately 30 more seconds, flow out the refrigerant remained in a line and the manometer.

After having started the engine, remove a hose connected to a service branch pipe of low and high pressure. Thus work should be carried out quickly so that not much refrigerant was let out of the system.

Install a protective cap on a service branch pipe.

If after switching-off of the engine and checking on outflow there will be no deviations, operation comes to an end.
