Work of the automatic control system

The elements connected with automatic control of temperature, consist of ÐÒÑ, thermode of internal air, thermode of external air, solar thermode, air control switch, the engine of air mixing flap, controller. The device of automatic temperature regulator automatically adjusts the corner of the flap opening for creation of the set up temperature of the automobile sallon. The temperature established by the driver and produced by thremode of internal and external air, is compensated on a doze of the solar energy registered by the solar gauge, and determines the corner of opening of air mixing flap. Therefore, the corner of opening of air mixing flap, registered PBR, is compensated by a signal of the switch of the air control. As a result of comparison of the set up and registered corner of opening of the air mixing flap, the signal on the engine of air mixing flap is deduced.

Entrance signal of the gauge

Input of the signal on all gauges, PTC, PBR - occurs on division of voltage in the constant internal resistance of the controller, and resistance of each gauge - PBR. Feeding voltage DC 12V of the accumulator will transform to voltage 5V in the circuit of the fixed voltage and through constant resistance and resistance of each gauge connects to "weight" of the controller. The voltage on exit of constant resistance of this circuit is registered on division of voltage into resistance of each gauge - PBR.

When temperature in the saloon is lower than specified

At low temperature of the automobile saloon, resistance of internal air thermode, and contrary to this, entrance voltage is increased. As a consequence of it, the voltage of a circuit of calculation of the opening corner also grows. If this voltage is higher, than the voltage on PBR the block of comparison 1 becomes started. As a result, Tr (1) and Tr (4) become switched on. Therefore, on plug V9 the pole of voltage (+), and on plug V10 - (-) a pole ("weight"). Therefore, in process of rotation of the engine of air mixing flap counter-clockwise the pressure on PBR raises and becomes identical with the pressure of a circuit of calculation of the corner of opening of air mixing flap. As a result, the block of comparison 1 Tr (1) and Tr (4) become switched off, and the engine of air mixing flap stops.

When the temperature in the saloon is higher than specified

At high temperature of the automobile saloon, the value of resistance of the internal air thermode of is reduced. According to this, the entrance pressure and pressure of the circuit of calculation of the corner of opening of air mixing flap will be low.

If this pressur is lower, than a pressure on PBR, the block of comparison 2, Tr (2) and Tr (3) become switched on. Therefore, on plug B10 the pole of a pressure (+), and on plug B9 - (-) a pole ("weight") are brought. Therefore, the engine of air mixing flap rotates clockwise, and air mixing flap moves to the side COLD, the pressure on PBR decreases and becomes identical with pressure of the circuit of calculation of the corner of opening. As a result, the block of comparison 2, Tr (2) and Tr (3) become switched off and air mixing flap stops.

Automatic control of the ventilated air amount

The elements connected with automatic control of the air amountl consist of the internal air thermode, external air thermode, solar gauge, air blower engine, resistor, fan switch, automatics. The device automatically adjusts rotation of the air blower engine for creation of the established temperature of the automobile interior. The temperature established by the driver and detected by thermodes of internal and external air, is compensated on a doze of a solar energy, detected by the solar gauge, and defines the amount of ventilated air.

Depending on this definition of the fan relay, the amount of ventilated air is adjusted by 4 step rotation of the air blower engine: HI, MH, ML, LO.

The amount of ventilated air automatically is established by input into the circuit of calculation of volume of ventilated air of the controller of signals of various gauges, states of temperature adjustment, air-conditioner switch, etc.

(Only in the position "AUTO" the switch of an automatic temperature regulator)

When it is delivered on the 1st stage (LO).

The circuit of the fan drive includes the relay of 1-st stage (LO) and the fan engine will rotate on the 1st speed (LO).

When it is established on the 4th (HI).

The circuit of a drive includes the relay of the 4-th stage (HI) and the engine will rotate on the 4-th speed (HI).

Regulation of movement of the air stream

Regulation of movement of the air stream is the system preventing ventilation by cold air in a big amount during winter period or at low temperature of the cooling liquid or after start of the engine.

Elements of this system will consist of the thermode of a cooling liquid, relay, resistance, electric motor of air blower and controller.

Simultaneously with a choice among the modes of air distribution in two directions to the bottom, to the bottom/ glass of one mode of an exhaust outlet and at temperature of a cooling liquid approximately up to 50°C, the electric motor of air blower is set up and fixed at the 1-st stage (LO).
