Automatic temperature control

The automatic temperature regulator represents the system which is maintaining temperature of interior, established by the driver with the help of executive mechanisms which cope the controller on the basis of computing operations of target signals from switches and various gauges (thermodes of internal and external air, the gauge of temperature of water, the solar gauge).

The system is the semi-automatic system having automatic and manual control mode in temperature of interior and quantity of acting air.

Advantages of ATC system

Simplicity of action.

Operates simply, due to application of the clock switch working from easy contact. Allows to operate freely, preventing often actions of the driver as possesses property of storing of a condition of action, eliminates inconvenience of an establishment former, conditions at repeated inclusion of ignition, and also property of respective alteration depending on conditions.

Increase of comfort.

With application of controller MICOM it is improved thermal control, control of air stream movement is accepted so that in an initial stage after an admission of the engine of the automobile in the bottom part of interior cold air did not act. Application of not only gauges of temperature of internal and external air, but also solar gauges allows to react to falling of a solar energy and regulation supports the corresponding temperature of interior.

Possesses function of self-diagnostics.

The function of self-diagnosing is stipulated allowing at failure of an automatic temperature regulator to find out the reason under the index of temperature specifying automatically a mistake (ERROR).

Improvement of quality and recognizability.

Working functions of all switches are designated by symbols, and in the index of temperature the liquid crystal indicator is used and by that quality and convenience of reading of indications is improved.

Division of automatic and manual control.

  • Automatic control by air mixing flap. Though the amount of air is adjusted automatically depending on entrance signals of gauges, but the suction aperture and exhaust outlet gets out in the manual way.
  • Manual control. Though the quantityof air as against automatic control is defined by a manual choice, air mixing flap copes automatically depending on entrance signals of gauges.
