Maintenance service of the bench equipment

• Replacement of the refrigerant tank (refueling tank)
• Replacement the recycling tank
• Maintenance service of suction separator
• Main filter
• Removal of the refrigerant from the main filter
• Replacement of the pump oil

The filter should be changed after change of ten sack driers. The order is the following:

• To start the equipment.
• To turn off two fittings - A from the main filter set up on the front part of the equipment.
• To untie cords of the filter case and to remove the main filter.
• To set up the new main filter in the return sequence, thus, to combine the stream direction specified on the top part of a compartment with the stream direction in the filter, to set up filters on cords and to fasten.
• To set up fittings of the gates of return streams prevention of and after manual twisting to check up tightness.
